Cross laminated timber (BSP or CLT – Cross laminated timber) is a multi-layered solid building material that impresses with its excellent specifications.

BSP is an extremely high-performance wood product and consists of at least 3 cross-glued laminated boards. Cross laminated timber can be used universally: as load-bearing and non-load-bearing wall, roof and ceiling elements in house construction. Whether it is a single-family house, multi-storey residential construction or industrial buildings - the possible uses of timber construction elements are very diverse.

Mircotec Goldeneye Multi-Sensor Quality Scanner

Der Multisensor-Qualitätsscanner Goldeneye 700 von Microtec bestimmt beim Scannen jeder Lamelle zuverlässig MOE und MOR. Der zertifizierte Festigkeitssortierer erfasst die Dimension (3D Lasertriangulation), die Faserabweichung, ein Röntgenmodul und die Farbe der Lamelle bei hohen Produktionsgeschwindigkeiten bis zu 450 m /min.

Keilzinkung Längslagen

PowerJoint

Die WEINIG Power Joint Kompaktanlage bietet eine Vertikalzinkung der Längslamellen bei geringem Platzbedarf. Die Arbeitsschritte Fräsen (Vorritzen), Beleimen und Pressen werden in einer Einspannung getätigt. Mit einer Keilzinkenverbindung werden die Lamellen kraftschlüssig verbunden und können zu einem endlosen Strang gefertigt werden. Über einen Bypass werden die Querlamellen direkt zur Lagenbildung transportiert.

Brett - Sperrholzpresse

Minda

Die Lagenbildung erfolgt mit einer Kompaktanlage der Firma Minda. Über ein Vakuumportal werden Längs-und Querlamellen mittig auf die Beleimungsebene gehoben. Dort werden sie nacheinander beleimt und die nächste Lamellenschicht aufgebracht. Cross-Works verwendet formaldehydfreien Polyurethan (PU)-Klebstoff, der eine dauerhafte Verbindung und eine transparente Klebefuge schafft. Nach der Lagenbildung wird das CLT-Element in die Brettsperrholzpresse TimberPressX 300 der Firma Minda überführt. Mit 0,6 –2,4 N/mm² Druck wird das CLT-Element fertig gepresst.

Hundegger UFA 3600 – Bearbeitungszentrum für BSP-Elemente

Das Bearbeitungszentrum UFA der Firma Hundegger kann BSP-Elemente mit Dimensionen von (L/B/D) 16m x 3,6m x 0,3 m bearbeiten und formatieren. Kundenspezifisch können Falze, Nuten oder Öffnungen für beispielsweise Fenster-, Tür- und Steckdosenausschnitte oder Durchbrüche gefertigt werden.
