WE LIVE THE RAW MATERIAL WOOD!

In 1929, Ignatz van Roje established the company as a small pit prop business in Neuwied on the Rhine. At that time, he laid the foundation for one of the leading wood-processing companies in Germany. Our timber plant is located in the Westerwald region of Rhineland-Palatinate - one of the most beautiful green regions of Germany, in the middle of Europe and logistically optimally situated directly on the A3 motorway. From here, we can meet all the requirements of modern raw material procurement and international distribution of our products at any time.

For the first time, an innovative and resource-efficient production plant is being built at the Oberhonnefeld-Gierend site - our new, ultra-modern CLT plant (cross-laminated timber construction elements for house building), which offers considerable environmental relief potential.

We are committed to using the valuable raw material wood as efficiently as possible, recognising and taking into account important ecological aspects. All production steps in wood processing are precisely coordinated with a sence . We use 100% of the raw materials in our factory.

The export share in Europe is approx. 70-80 % of our total sales.
